The expertise available through the Center for Equine Health spans the breadth of clinical and basic science disciplines that apply to the horse. Current studies include the Pioneer 100 Horse Health Project.
Our Center has serves as the USDA's California quarantine and treatment station for contagious equine metritis (CEM) to prevent the introduction of this potentially devastating disease into the U.S. horse population.
